Your sign-in email has not arrived
Email can be slow, and it sometimes lands somewhere you were not looking. Work through these in order.
1. Look in junk or spam
This is far and away the most common answer. Search your mailbox for It's Simple Will rather than scrolling — the message may have been filed automatically.
2. Check the address you typed
A single wrong character is enough. On the Check your email screen, press Use a different email. That takes you back to the email box so you can type the address again carefully and press Continue.
It is also worth checking that you are using the address you originally signed up with. If you have more than one, try the other one.
3. Ask for it again
There is no separate "resend" button. Asking again is the same three steps: Use a different email, type your address, Continue. You are welcome to do that more than once.
4. Check the other tab
If you have already clicked a link, you are signed in in the tab where you opened it — very often on your phone, while you are looking at the laptop. The waiting tab keeps saying Check your email either way. Have a look at the other device before asking for another link.
5. Give it a few minutes, then try once more
Mail can be delayed at your provider's end. If nothing has appeared after a short wait, ask for the link again.
Still cannot get in
If you have tried the above and you still cannot reach your account, write to us at support@itssimplewill.ca. Writing to that address works whether or not you can reach your account.
Everything else — questions about your documents, your purchase, or anything you can ask once you are signed in — is better raised from inside your account, where we can see your request and reply in one place. See How support works.
